I heard about a gal who texted her friend "check" when she read for the day. So one night I was chatting with a friend and we started this "check" in with each other.
It's great accountability!

Accountability "checks" have never worked for me. What did work for daily devotions was to get over the pride of "doing enough" and setting a reasonable goal. Once I did that, I've been incredibly consistent.
